Tell Santa Barbara County Supervisors to approve Sable’s permit transfer.

On November 4th, the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors is set to vote on the permit transfer of the Santa Ynez Unit assets (SYU), Las Flores Pipeline System, and Pacific Offshore Pipeline Company (POPCO) facilities to Sable.

At a time when Santa Barbara County’s financial future is at risk, Sable offers an easy solution. Sable’s project has already created an economic ripple that positively impacts small and local businesses and, once operational, will provide an estimated $5 million in annual tax revenue to Santa Barbara County.

Additionally, with California’s gas prices on the rise and state refineries on the brink of closure, there is one clear, easy and safe solution – Sable’s Santa Ynez Unit and Las Flores Pipeline System. Sable represents the only immediate opportunity California has to bring additional crude online, stabilize supply and lower consumer gasoline prices. But this won’t be possible without the permit transfer.
