A Domestic Energy Solution
The Santa Ynez Unit is a key piece of California’s existing energy infrastructure, comprising three offshore platforms — Hondo, Harmony, and Heritage — located off the Gaviota coast, Santa Barbara County.
The Santa Ynez Pipeline System transports resources produced from the Santa Ynez Unit onshore through Las Flores Canyon to Pentland. Flowing oil through this system helps stabilize the supply of crude oil in California, ultimately providing 10-20% of in-state production.

Led by Chairman and CEO James Flores, who brings more than 40 years of industry experience, our team combines deep local knowledge with operational excellence. Under his leadership, we’ve assembled a management team averaging 30 years of experience in operating oil and gas facilities safely in California.
Today, we employ over 100 staff and contractors in Santa Barbara County, maintaining strong relationships with qualified contractors who provide essential services from base maintenance to pipeline integrity management.
